Greetings to all. Hope each of you have had some stawberries and ice cream lately. That is my most favorite dessert in the world, and I eat a lot this time of year.
Up date on chemo-- I got my second dose today. Everything has gone well so we will continue. The healng continues and victory is in sight! Met some very interesting people at the chemo center. I continue to be amazed and uplifted at how the Lord works. I don't even find it mysterious any more.
Not only did I get the second dose of Avastine, but they took me off of the medicine that I believe is causing my drowsiness problem (Being the wonderful nurse that I am, I had requested to be put on it, fortunately when I requested to come off of it, Dr. agreed. He is a smart man, I am not so smart.) He also reduced the steriods a small amount....Praise the Lord, My prayer focus for the next 3 weeks will be that I will have NO swelling. With the healing process I believe I will be fine. Hope everyone has a great week. Love to all. Remembering that God is Good.....All the time.....and All the time, God is good..
