Hi Everyone,

After figuring out some medical challenges we were able to help mom rest much easier today. Her aggitation was greatly reduced and she slept all day. It was a very peaceful rest that made us feel much better about her comfort, but we were not really able to judge her condition.

It is bitter cold and snowy here - we hope this finds you all safe and warm on this wintry night. We had a brief celebration of dad's birthday today. I won't tell you how old he is, but we think he looks pretty good for an old man!

God is good...All the time...

Love,
Laura

Am so glad for her to have rest and peace. Tell the old man that older is better! I can't be too far behind him. Thinking of and love you all, Edie

Grace and Peace through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace as you all go through this difficult and yet a time of drawing close and seeing the evidence of a Great,Awsomeand Holy Father. Even though He loves us we are not immune to the world of suffering. I love you all so much and I feel your love for your Mom and Pete for your dearly beloved wife. I can not but wish I was there for you all to lean on.

Laura, May God bless Marlene and her family. You are such a 'trooper' for keeping the blog updated. You know we look forward to hearing good news. Just knowing she's resting is very good news. She is such a LADY!! Birthday wishes to your Dad!!

Much love and prayers coming your way. You're on our prayer list at Church too.
