Marlene and I arrived back in Gate City thursday evening. It certainly feels good to be home. Marlene was able to visit with her mother all day Friday and friends came by on saturday. Sunday morning her energy level was very low and she did not feel well. Today she has been nauseated and weak. We ask you to continue to pray for us as we go into this part of our journey. Thank you so much for all the kindness you have shown to us. May God richly bless you all. Rem. GOD is good....and all the time..... In His Love, M & R

Dear Mom and Dad,
At least now we are fighting this battle on home turf. I was hoping and praying that mom's good health would continue as you returned to GC, but I guess Fredriko Cooper is not going out without a fight! I hope that our little momma is able to rest and focus on herself...and green beans! I am sure that watermelon will make her feel a little better! I love you both very much and will see you soon. And yes, I agree, God IS Good...
